How does the AI suggest bundles?
The bundle checkout app reads your Shopify catalog, recent order history, and product co-purchase patterns. AI then proposes bundle combinations, quantity breaks, and BOGO offers ranked by projected AOV impact. You see each suggestion in the admin queue before anything goes live (unless you flip on auto-publish for that offer type).
What's the difference between suggest-only, approval-required, and auto-publish?
Suggest-only: AI surfaces opportunities in your queue. Nothing publishes until you click. Approval-required: AI builds the offer fully and queues it for one-click approval. Auto-publish: AI publishes low-risk offers automatically based on your guardrails (margin floor, max discount, eligible product set). Per-offer-type setting.
Where does AI image generation run for Upload POD?
Cloudflare Workers AI (Flux Schnell model) is the primary provider. If Cloudflare's daily quota is exceeded or the model returns an error, the request automatically falls back to Pollinations.ai. Both providers are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Do you store customer uploads forever?
No. AI-generated images are edge-cached on Cloudflare for 30 days keyed by prompt. Customer-uploaded sketches (Upload POD only) are stored only while the associated order is in fulfillment, and deleted after fulfillment completes or upon order cancellation. How do I cancel my subscription?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately. Any prepaid balance is refunded according to Shopify's app refund policy.
Which POD providers does Upload POD support?
Printful (US/CA/EU/UK), Printify (US/EU), and Gelato (worldwide). Add credentials in the Upload POD admin → Settings → Suppliers tab.
Does the bundle app work with my theme?
The bundle checkout app uses a Theme App Extension, which works with any Shopify theme that supports app blocks (Shopify 2.0 themes). It does not require theme code edits.
What if pricing sync changes a price I didn't want changed?
You can disable pricing sync per offer type, set guardrails (min margin, max discount, locked products), or switch to approval-required mode. Every price change is logged in the offer audit log and reversible from the admin.
I got a "compliance webhook failed" notice — what now?
That means a Shopify GDPR webhook (customers/data_request, customers/redact, or shop/redact) didn't get a 200 response from our endpoint. The endpoints are stateless 200-responders, so failures are rare. Email supportteam@shipfreak.com with the timestamp and we'll trace it.
